Can I bring a plus one?
We want to keep our celebration intimate. If you have a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation. We kindly ask that you respect our guest list—no exceptions. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 2:30pm, with the ceremony beginning at 3:00pm. Please plan to arrive by 2:45pm to be seated on time. We’ll have live music, refreshments, and a live illustrator capturing the day.

What if it rains?
Our venue is outdoors, but don’t worry—we have a beautiful covered space that will keep everyone dry and comfortable if the weather decides to surprise us.
That said, if the forecast looks questionable, you might want to bring a light jacket or shawl to stay cozy. But rain or shine, we promise a magical celebration!

Is there parking?
We highly recommend taking an Uber or taxi, especially if you plan on drinking! Our venue is very close to downtown Vancouver, making rideshare a convenient option.
If you’re driving, here’s what you need to know about parking:
- Limited complimentary parking is available in Hycroft’s parking lot.
- There is plenty of free public parking on McRae Avenue and at The Crescent.
- Hycroft’s parking lot is private property and reserved for Members only during club hours, so please be mindful of signage.

We feel so lucky to already have everything we need.
